Initially planned as a standalone expansion, The Wizards – Dark Times has become a full sequel during the development process, similar in scope to its predecessor.
In the game players can:
- Use nothing but gestures of their hands to master 11 individually designed spells – as a true Wizard does!
- Unleash the elements to freeze, paralyze, and set foes on fire
- Face a variety of challenging enemies with individual behavior
- Journey through the plague-ridden realm of Meliora and stop the end of the world, with no magical barriers to lock you in an arcade arena!
Along with exceptional spellcasting mechanics, The Wizards – Dark Times features acclaimed narration and voice acting by Katie Aitken as the menacing voice of Umbra, and Jason Marnocha, who returns as the Wizard’s mentor and guide, Aurelius.
Additionally, due to high demand, the game will receive a series of free post-launch content updates. Bonus features such as arena mode are coming later this year.
